My name is Mikael Orbeta and I’m a photographer based out of Northern Virginia. You may know me by my nickname “Mikee” or my Instagram handle “Novashooter”. I am primarily an automotive photographer but also have interests in both portrait and architectural photography. I’ve been shooting for about 4 years now and my passion for photography has only grown stronger with each passing year. More recently, I’ve developed a love for color grading my images and so I put a big emphasis on my editing process. I really enjoy watching other creators that work with video and my goal is to one day add that medium to my portfolio as well. As of right now photography is just a hobby that I enjoy but my goal is to get to a point where my main career involves photography/cinematography.
It’s more than just a photo. It’s a memory, a time-capsule that holds a moment forever still despite the constant ticking of the clock.
